Can you have a political sign on your lawn in Lincolnshire Estates?
The Enterprise received some comments debating the issue. Here is what we found.
The Rules and regulations dated 2008 posted on the Lincolnshire Estates Association website say you can not have a sign except for one sign advertising the lot or house and lot for sale or lease.
However, in a Lincolnshire Newsletter dated November 2009 the association wrote, “Our by-laws allow signs to be posted on your property with the homeowner’s permission.”
Confused, so am I, Lincolnshire should clear up the issue in the by-laws not in a newsletter.

The Enterprise posted that Lincolnshire needs to clarify bylaws regarding signs.
The issue needs to be addressed by the homeowners association not by the Enterprise. Please direct your energy in to a resolution with your association.
Thank you.
