The Farmington Observer reported this morning that Warren’s mayor is expected to announce Bill Dwyer will be that city’s next police commissioner.
And we thought “retirement” meant he would … retire.
Lots of questions in the air: Will Dwyer stay on until his planned … retirement … from the Farmington Hills PD this summer? Why’s he going all the way to the East Side? You can’t get any more opposite Farmington Hills than Warren. Who’ll take his place on the Republican side of the ballot?
